Hi! I’m Chef Jess. Thanks for stopping by. I am a personal chef, caterer, and group culinary instructor. I graduated culinary school with highest honors, managed mass foodservice for large companies, universities, and hospitals. My favorite job, however, is that of wife, mother, stepmother, dragon slayer, and chef mentor to 4 very energetic little boys and 1 grown one.
